Not sure how i lost weight probably the stress and depression if im honest i was skipping food because i wasnt hungry or felt to ill to eat. But i am getting better

Well i wear glasses as well
i unfortunately suffer from slightly oily skin and i have slight bulge in the stomach and i reaaly need to quit smoking The good news is *no laughing now* i am to shy and poor to go to yoga So eer mm i bought a yoga DVD which arrived yesterday hope to start today if i can mmm don't laugh but is called *Yoga for Dummies* apparently the best for beginners -
