Okay I know this is not a food guide but.. I am lusting for a bit of this at the moment
For those who love Chicken
Most of the time I use a normal cup with "oz" markings... and if not.. i work on my own approx measurements
I get confused about which cup I used for what and find I've made things differently each time I do them.
hmm well sue your own style.. thats fun too ![]()
Very nice *rumbling stomach*
I think i need to practice more cooking
Keep the recipes coming ![]()
As you can see I feel Hungry and I cant wait to get home and have dinner
Five hours till my dinner, ah but soon be time for a lunch time snack
err its past my lunch hour infact its 5.30PM
wow
I am so useless with different timezones
So what you going to have for your dinner
a Indian curry with rice.. its basically Kidney Bean curry and rice.. its delish!
I have never tried kidney bean curry
i know I'm not fond of kidney beans but i'm sure it would taste very nice. ![]()
hmm I am pretty okay with all kinds of food.. am not allergic to any ! ooh err hate Ham and beef! cant stand it.. nor can i eat Squids and Mussels! so thats my limitation
Not a big fan of seafood don't mind fish if there is no bones (choked on one once
) i love pasta but I am partial to a bit of beef an ham (scottish diet sorry) Not fond of vegetables i find them tasteless and nasty (my sweet tooth probably) I love chicken and lamb (although lamb is expensive over here now).
*do you mind me asking if ham and beef are against your religion
sorry but I don't want to offend you and forgive my ignorance please*
It is against religion but i am not a very religious person..
i have had it.. well Beef Kebabs were actually good if you ask me
But In Spain had an unfortunate incident with their Fav Sandwich of Mince Ham with Jam and i nearly choked over its flavour!
I love goat meat which is available here and Chicken is good
but any slight raw flavour and I will not eat it..
I like Lobsters and Fish(without bones)(had it in Goa and they were awesome)
Even had Fish in Spain and the Grilled Hake was awesome!
Raw meats anyway I dont like.. and rest of the sea food I stay away from
i like beef kebabs
not sure about the mince ham and jam
that sounds nasty. I have tried jamacian goat curry and that was nice (maybe a little spicy for me). Never tried lobster although one of my online gaming friends (he lives in bombay) says when I go to visit him we have to go to Goa for the food
I was
to tell him i had never heard of Goa
*really wish I payed more attention in school*
Not a fan of raw meats or raw fish
I do like some of the cold *cooked* meats available though. Oh and of course i love the traditional scottish cooked breakfast *drools**slobbers*
Hmm It was nasty and the people there loved it and were going all "mmmmm"! I had to use a napkin to hide that I almost gaged
!
Ooh I am not so sure of cooked cold meats never had it!
Goa? its a good place to go and visit- very Hippish!
Ooh whats in a Scottish Breakfast? I love the English Breakfast!
Bacon,Egg,mushrooms,potato scones,square sausage,fruit pudding,black or white pudding
Square sausage is sausage meat which is usually spiced by your local butcher (dont buy from supermarkets) and it varies but most of them are very nice
hmm sounds lovely... never tried Sausage.. except chicken sausage!
Gotta try the Scottish Breakfast then..
Oh yes you must try it its all fried the potatoa scones are lovely something similar to chapatis in taste (a bit thicker though) and the sliced fruit dumpling is gorgeous you get a nice collection of different flavours wihtout any one item overpowering the others
hmmmm mmmm i love food dont get me to drool all over my keyboard

*wipes keyboard of drool*
you can't beat a bit of drooling over.... *ahem*.. *snigger*...food
no you cant! thats why I gained weight
in 10 years from 25 kilos now to 50
all because I love food and I needed to gain weight as well so what better way than good food and yoga?![]()
Oh yoga
Now that is something I have always wanted to try
mind you being and old man they will all probably laugh at my crude attempts
*sniggers* mm how good are you at ... mm... yoga... I have heard...it ... can ..make..you.. very..suppple.. and energetic..*ahem*

Yoga is de stressing and yes it makes one // supple, energetic, flexible and calm// ![]()
You can try it ![]()
I should try it
not sure how expensive it is over here but will look into it
You can always give me tips and help if I get confused
mmm i dont mind giving tips! ![]()
As long as you don't start trying to tie me in knots
I will be a beginner you know
I wont.. just few simple stuff ![]()
mm this is from the self confessed she-devil with a love of weapons
I hope your not thinking of *whipping me* into shape
err no! not //exactly//![]()
Eeek what do you mean not *exactly*
now your getting me worried

err I mean I wont whip but you'd have to twist around a bit ![]()
BOL
Oh dear what have i let myself in for
Yoga with a twist ![]()
I have this feeling you are going to make me twist and turn with great relish
mm you know if a pull a muscle i might need to relax with a massage

ooh err dont worry a muscle relaxing massage is all part of Yoga ![]()
oh now yoga is sounding more fun by the minute

Now I have just started work (ok blogging really) what shall i have for breakfast ?
Any ideas
why not some scottish breakfast? or maybe hot Croissants with butter and cereal and Tea?![]()
OHH Scottish breakfast would be great but i work in an office in London
Oh Well Tea and cereal it is then
Hey, measures are for wimps! I never weigh or measure anything, it takes all the excitement out of it
I love tandoori chicken, but I have my own recipe - I serve it with raita, cucumber, fried beef tomato, salad and boiled rice xx
Oops I said fried tomato, I meant grilled - how did that happen?
ummmmm I like Tandoori Chicken! I cant have chicken everyday but once in a while is a nice change from my veggie routine!
I agree I generally dont use measurements.. I am okay with using my own approx measurement
*drools* why didja have to do that?!
err I was Hungry and my tummy was grumbling!

I've never found recipies with American cup measurements very easy to follow. I have so many cups at home and they are all different sizes.
